Although IPD also sells that harness, a dealer can get both the harness and side TS lamp cheaper and yes, they CAN look it up. The guy is being LAZY or you're calling by phone and that's his standard phone call answer. Try going there in person if you're not too far away but they'll have to order it. For a US car, have him try looking it up for a '99 S70 as it was OEM here that year (only in Europe/elsewhere before that).
