Defeat Shiftlock Micro-switch 850 1994

Downside is probably legal liability after you sell the car or
if you loan it to someone. It is there to make sure people
have a foot on the brake when they put the car in drive. Silly,
I know.

I wonder if other markets have this "feature" or if this is
U.S. only.
