ABS activation V70-XC70 2000

I purchased this V70 T5 and from day 1 I have had frequent occasions where under completely dry, moderate braking the abs cuts in. Clicking noice and the judder on the brake pedal. From time to time this still happens.

Due to several moves and agent changes I have had 4 Volvo dealers, all of them check the car when servicing for this item and all say that everything checks out fine, but it continues. My Brakes and rear rotors had to be replaced at 42,000 miles. I had two 850 models prior to this and they went into the 80,000 before any brake problems.

Could there be a conection, any other people experiencing this ABS issue?
