Good list - I have nothing to add, other than

For repairs
- someone suggested an extra serpetine belt on a similar thread last year...?? would it require that belt tool?

For road side emergency
- cell phone (if you have one) with car/outlet charger
- pre-paid calling card (in case cell reception is bad where you are)

For waiting (whatever the reason might be)
- a good book (I always keep one in the car that I can read while my daughter sleeps in the back, john grisham, tom clancy type)
