This AM I joyfully slid into my brick for the morning drive and turned the key. All spin and no go. Not having time to mess with it I pushed it out of the driveway and took our 300M. I found many posts on the board concerning no start "lawnmower" situations but none of the remedies seemed to work. I am concerned that when attempting to bleed the fuel rail to check for pressure I got no gas at all, I at least expected alittle. Here's the heart of the question.
Is there a good way of testing the fuel pump?
Is there a way to test the fuel pressure regulator?
I have tried a jump start to rule out a flat battery but it made no difference. I also don't smell alot of gas like I would expect for a flooded engine. Hope someone can help.
