Roof trim molding/ Part interchangeability? 850 1995

As I stated before, My 93 850 was damaged by hail including the roof/windshield trim pcs. I had the body shop replace them with the redesigned part numbers. The Volvo dealership would not do the cross referance, but they did order the following parts in June of 98. 9151673-2 Trim Moulding List 121.94 Net 97.55 9151674-0 Trim Moulding List 121.94 Net 97.55. My body shop installed them without a problem. I have the original invoice from the volvo dealer to my body shop as my point of referance.

These moldings have been in place ever since, and I have not had a problem at all with them. Would I have dropped $250.00 to upgrade without a good reason, no way! But if yours are in poor shape, go for it. These are for a four door sedan, not a wagon / estate model.
