“Armor All” for vinyl, not for rubber CV boot

Some people are using Armor All to protect their CV boot. I do not think Armor All is for rubber.

Best thing to make rubber pliable is rubber rejuvenator. However, they are costly and, I think, an overkill for this job. To take care of the CV boot, I would use petroleum jelly (Veseline) or wheel/axel bearing grease.
