A/C Click Noises? S70 1999

I complained about this from day one with my 1999 S70. It is designed to do this. My 850 cycles in the same way. I am not sure for the technical reason but I have taken both cars to two different volvo dealers and I am getting the same consistent answer. Both ACs produce cold air (Almost too cold) and keep up even on 100 plus humid days.
