I wouldn't necessarily say I'm "limited" to Seattle. I don't have any problem going to Portland to purchase my car. I picked up my latest car in Yakima. Additionally I wouldn't mind a weekend trip to Cali to pick up the "right" car.

I'm still in the early stages of shopping, fortunately I'm in no hurry to buy. Thanks for the tips.
