I just ordered one from www.volvopartsdirect.com for my 93 850. It was $19.35. If you spend over $40 with them you get free shipping within the 48 states. Mine is under the fuse panel cover in the engine compartment. Not sure about the 94. Probably the same place. I belive it is numbered 101 & 102.
