Head Gasket Replacement 850 1995

You won't find that info online AND I wouldn't advise trying it w/o an OEM manual and the (highly advised) special tools.
You can order the engine repair manual by either calling 800-25-volvo or going to volvotechinfo.com.

If the headgasket is leaking coolant, chances are good that the engine was overheated (#1 reason why that occurs) and the cyl head is probably warped, needing machining. Be sure to line up and referance the crank, cam gears at #1 TDC and don't mix up the 20 lifters (keep in order).
