Rick,

I am curious to hear what other R owners have done. I just replaced my tired OEM dampers with Bilstein TC's and kept my stock springs and sway bars. The ride is more controlled, but still pretty stiff on broken pavement. I am in the New England, so our roads are pretty rough. The highway ride is great, with very controlled damping. The front end did raise up noticeably after install, but the original struts had virtually no compression damping left at 75K. BTW, I have the 16" setup on my R, so some would say my ride is pretty good!
