Did the same thing last year. Really helps get the entire carpet clean. Make sure you insert the plastic air bag guard into the side air bag pyrotechnics (outboard of each seat). The pyrotechnics (which isn't the proper name) look like round metal discs and are labeled. Never read any instructions, but from looking at it I'm guessing the guard prevents the metal contacts in the device from touching if the side of the seat gets bashed while you are working on it. The plastic gaurd is behind the power seat control panel on the outboard side of each seat, so you will need to unscrew the panel from the seat. Once the airbags are secured, carefully pop off the plastic bolt covers at each seat corner and unbolt the rails/seats (4 bolts for each seat). You may need to move the seat forward or backward to easily access all the bolts. I found it easier to remove the seats if they and the seat backs were powered all the way forward. Once you get them in the right position, unplug the power leads underneath. Finally, the seat belts are bolted to the outboard side of each seat so you can either unbolt them or leave the seats next to the car with the belts attached (that's what I did). Really very easy, although the seats are a little heavy. Be careful not to scratch your door sills lfiting them out. Sorry I don't remember the exact socket sizes. Good luck.
