...almost forgot (didn't notice the turbo....early here, coffee not engaged), you could also have bad turbo oil seals, front or rear. One needs to determine if it's a bad turbo (rebuild or replace) or ring related. Am engine compression test and cylinder leak down test will determine the health of the engine so if that's good, it'd be your turbo.
