it can be removed with the two torx screws that hold it in, it is right behind your air filter box.

you can try cleaning it with Alcohol and Q-tips. this sometimes helps.

i clean mine once a year.

they are dealer items or try a salvage yard!

eastern aerospace has a modded one for sale on there website.
