If you want to actually remove the motor, you have to pull the trim off. There are two bolts behind the trim that hold it in place. If you just want to disconnect the power, there is a connector behind the headlight. On the back of the headlight assembly, you'll see two connectors. One is for the headlight itself, and the other is for the wiper motor. I think it's orange on my car. It's an inline connector, and is attached to the headliight assembly with a clip to keep it from flopping around.
