I haven't found a true fix to this, but I'll offer my "band-aid:"
Try moving the seat forward, or leaning the seat-back rearward. The idea is to change the seat's center of gravity so that it doesn't bounce around on its slightly loose tracks quite as much.
I've also noticed that, when there's weight on the seat, it's less prone to rattling the headrest. I realized that when I was driving to work one day, with my laptop case on the seat, and I didn't hear any rattling for a change.
Let me know if this helps you. It may point us to a common problem with the seat tracks.
