I have had no problems with my rad on our '94 850, but I recall fixing a small leak years ago with the headlight washers. I recall two Ts, one splitting the fluid to the windshield washers and headlamps and the other splitting the feed again to the two headlamps. They are both tucked down and behind the right (passenger side) headlamp underneath the DLC (data link connector). Take a look and you'll find them...
