I suspect your insurance company will try to total it. Let them. 1.) if the water was deep enough to get into the seat wiring, it's likely that it will be impossible to ever exorcise all the electrical poltergeist from the car. 2.) Even if it were, I'm guessing this was fresh water, laden with bacteria and fungi millions of which have now taken up residence in the carpeting and foam padding under the carpeting. So in addition to electrical puzzles you could then look forward to years of the "funky smell syndrome".

Remove the 100k medallion and maybe the grill badge (It comes off easily using dental floss.) Take the money and run.....
