engine light, rough idleing, low power V70-XC70

Could be a lot of things...Autozone reads trouble codes for free, that might be helpful. My V70 recently turned "check engine" light on, end up being faulty gas cap. Without reading OBD codes out of the computer it's next to impossible to tell what's wrong with modern cars.
