What kind of headlights should I buy?

Thanks for the lesson in lighting, and no it wasn't more information than I wanted to know, it actually wasn't enough! I was very interested to learn that we have different headlights in american than they have in europe. I'm really curious where I can get a pair of the e-codes for my 850. Who is Punxatawny Phil and where did he get his? I dont' have alot of extra money to spend (college student) but every month I usually buy something for the car, and I could perhaps down the road spend the money for these newer lights but I dont' know where to get them. Anyway - get back to me when you get a chance, these lights sound really impressive!
