'99 V70 Check engine light V70-XC70 1999

If you are talking the service engine light proceed as follows:

V70 1999+
1. Press and hold odometer reset button.
2. Turn ignition switch to Run.
3. After SRL flashes, release odometer reset button.
4. Confirm by turning your Volvo off and restarting.

If it is the check engine light, you had best get it checked out as it is likely a bad plug or o2 sensor.
