oil leak , new thread 850 1996

Check the rubber hose clamps in that area as well as the condition of those rubber hoses. If worn, replace. You may want to remove the plastic valve cover as well, some oil may have gotten in there and you should clean it. This will make it easier for you to pin point where the leak is coming from.
