Should do. My T5 hasn't cost quite that much although I haven't had the problems others here have (got a main seal job I'm postponing)eg evaporators etc.I'm not a good mechanic by any stretch but I enjoy being able to work on the car so from what you say, you will still be able to keep costs down by doing some of your own work.In all, it is a great car to drive and a good car to own.The turbo units don't appear to be an issue as far as reliability goes and the upside is tremendous performance.
