How do I get to the lamps that light up the temperature knobs and blower fan problems 850 1997

I need to replace the lamps behind the temp dials. How do I access these lamps, and what type bulb goes in (can I get this bulb at local parts store?)

Also, I believe the resistor pack on the blower is bad. I only have off and 4 (high speed). I do not have ACC. The dealer told me $126.50 for the resistor pack. Are there any other replacments that work, and are cheeper, or where is a cheeper source for the resistor?
