AC recharge 850 1995

It was reccomended to me to have the system evacuated (this draw-down will eliminate threatening debris) to find exactly how much freon should then be installed into the circuit.
I had the freon exhausted and recharged, everything is great.
The AC system needed 1.6 more to reach the required 1.8 volume of R134 Freon. This service must be performed by experienced repairman who will not over charge system thus threatening evaporator.
