Replace the sensor and that in itself could be the reason why your blower motor is shutting down. It's checked by using a VOM and checking its resistance but I don't presently have good specs in front of me. I've seen several of those go bad before and I'd just replace that before going further.
In that case with that code, it pretty much means "replace the part" (but that rule doesn't always apply).
