PUlling codes S70 1998

Let's see.... I've used it one time and I think I found it useful. I don't think there is any advantage to the continuous mainly as I don't know what the hell I'm doing! Pretty cool to see data feed to a laptop while driving that is all.

I chose this "risky" route as it was about $70 cheaper than a decent code reader. Now don't go and tell me that there are others.

Downside I think is that this only covers a small portion of the volvo codes which I think can be had for the $2,500 snap on tool which is a bit crazy. If I win the lottery, i'll buy it!

Now a question for you... got a "low voltage" indicator and a code. The code is for the outside air temperature sensor. WHich is used in internal climate and for air/fuel mixture I understand. This makes sense why the a/c once in awhile flashes its lights indicating a fault and supports the 134 degree reading I got last week when it was only 80!

The one thing now is that I have this data, does this mean replace that sensor and all should be fixed?

/Brian
