Screwed up 2003 S80 S80

Customer service varies from dealer to dealer. There may be some recourse by going to the national level, but there may not. Dealers often make it very difficult to see a rep, but perseverance pays off. Threats and rhetoric don't cut it. No one is scared of lawyers any more, and rhetoric, well, it's just hot air...
