Flashing Up Arrow 850 1994

Just got a flashing up arrow on the dash...Any ideas or help?

I replaced the PNP about 45 days ago and all has been great till now (except the cruise control that doesn't work since the PNP change). Ideas?

Also my AC fan doesn't seem to be working all that well (starting today).

When it rains it pours, any help you can provide would be great.
