service reminder light V70-XC70 1998

Possibilities:

1.) Dealer/Indy
2.) Buy the reset tool ($$$)
3.) Square cut from roll of black 3M electrical tape, $1.39 at Home Depot.

As a cheapskate (?? and I drive a money pit like a Volvo??) I currently have the light turned off by #1 but still have tape #3 in place.
