Wheel alignment before or after install new tires.... 850 1996

Replaced struts/shocks and need to get an alignment done. I also need to get new tires. Does it matter if I do alignment with old worn tires first and then get new tires at my convienence. Or should I get the new tires installed and then get alignment done right away?
