Microswitch on S70? S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 and need to do the mircoswitch on it. I saw the bay13 instructions for the 850...is the S70 the same? basically I have to take the center counsel apart to get to it? Is this fairly intuitive, or are there any tricks to it?
