Where is the starter relay! 850

Let me know what you guys find. My 96 will sometimes just not start. All the connections are good and it lights up fine. My dealers mechanic says dont monkey around with just replacing the ignition switch but to do the starter too. It has 192,000..... maybe thats why he says do both.
