possible causes of check engine light 850 1995

I was able to get the codes out by following the directions at volvospeed ..

Code 2-3-2 Socket - A2

Code 1-2-2 Socket - B3

I did a search in Volvospeed for 2-3-2 under archives..Rich mentioned a vacuum leak as a cause most of the time..if the vacuum lines are ok ..what should be the next component to look at..O2 sensor/MAF/CAT

I am in the east coast and we had a major rain storm yesterday and I realized that I went thru some water..could the water have caused the O2 to signal this code..
