Yes, there should be one. And with all those exposed pulleys, I wouldn't wait too long before finding another one. They break off easily, and are usually chafed off when you park up against one of those parking curbs. Mine is held on by wire ties, a couple screws into the front airdam, and a couple twisty, bendy home-made fasteners; this works better than the original because it's flexible and highly tolerant of skirmishes with curbstones.
