AC / lights 850 1993

I have an 93 850 GLT and the AC has suddenly died. It used to work fine, other than needing the condensor drain (on the passenger) & driver side to be drained bc otherwise would leak everywhere. Now all it does it blink the AC off and rec light for like 20seconds then the blower won't work. However at high speeds, the AC works great, but no blower. Any suggestions?

Next the interior light above the rear-view mirror, i replaced the bulb on the passenger side, then the driver, it worked for a split second then blew the fuse, but the bulb is fine (yes i checked it) any ideas why it isnt working, and i replaced the fuse.
