Proper torque for sparkplugs S70 2000

What's the proper torque for changing plugs on a '00 S70 (2.4L)?

Also, I read several previous posts regarding the aluminum oil plug rings. My local Volvo dealership charges $1.25 each for those and I'm sure they can be purchased cheaper. Does anyone have any recommendations? I checked www.volvoparts.com but didn't find anything.
