Yes. My son replaced the factory unit with a single din cd/receiver and a single din shelf. He was able to purchase a wiring harness made to mate with the factory harness connector which provided wires that could be spliced to the new unit.

He later had to reinstall the factory unit when someone broke in and stole the single din unit.
