buzzing noise at 60-65mph 850 1996

Hi,

This is my first post and my first Volvo ever. I just picked up a sweet 96 850 T-5R with 70k. I notice this buzzing, high pitched grind from the front end. It almost sounds like a pulley on something that the bearings have gone bad. I am going to start with the wheel bearings and go from there. It will not stop or start with tapping of the brakes. It will not stop when I put the car in neutral while on the freeway. I dont know what else it could be.
