The editor of Rodent Track? S60

From the R&T long term V70T5 test: "with the only souring experience being when Senior Editor Andrew Bornhop could not budge the lug bolts for a flat tire replacement in the middle of nowhere (this, of course, was not the fault of the car but of a service technician with a titan of an air ratchet)."

So in spite of what R&T said it's POSSIBLE that your service dept is NOT speaking with a forked tongue for once and the lug nuts really DO corrode onto the hubs, or it's also possible that Volvo now supplies their dealers' gorillas with 20 foot long rachets. Your guess is as good as mine. I've always used a smigeon of anti-seize and a torque wrench on my '98 T5, and I've never had a problem.
