engine valves clicking S70 2000

I had the same problem about a month ago, right at 60k. Massive clicking sounds that seemed to start over night. The dealer believe it was the o-rings and the indy said it was "normal" for a volvo. Right... and that was the indy the replaced my A/C that is only slightly cool...

Anyway, o-rings were replaced and the clicking is better but still pretty noticable. I'm going back soon to ask what I spent $500 on if the sound is still there.
