Besides the ABS, what about the Wiper? 850 1996

I've found that the VolvoSpeed trick only works temporarily. A more complete fix is to file down the two small contact spots on the stationary part of the wiper arm. Flip up the wiper and note the two areas where there is contact underneath. A small file or Dremel tool will solve the problem permanently.
