Replace Entire A/C System? S70 1998

sorry, but don't think so. If this crap is gunking up your system, why would you want to replace one component only to have the gunk from somewhere else move into that new component and make it fail again. In other words, how else to remove it all than to replace everything?

just gotta chalk it up to lesson learned.
