Start with the caliper with the longest brake line and work your way to the shortest. Since we drive LHD cars (master cylinder on the left side of the engine compartment), that means that the proper bleeding order is RR, LR, RF, LF. There may be some variation due to the location of the ABS pump. If its on the right side of the engine compartment, then you should bleed the left side (rear first) before the right side. It really isn't that critical, though.
Use a turkey baster to get as much of the old fluid out of the master cylinder as you can before you start and wipe down the inside of the reservoir with a paper towel to get the dirt out.
