No more Volvo S80 1999

All cars have some problems but the S80 seems to be one that really hits
home the point to not buy a first year model (I do have a first year
98 S70 and it has not seen a shop in 40K miles/2.5 years and seems to
be doing well now that it is middle aged).

Even the Hondas had some problems:
