Oil Leak Help 850

Have you taken the spark plug cover off ?
If the Oil filler cap gasket is leaking it will fill that recess up untill it overflows the drains at the rear of the head and the channel where the H.T. lead
go through thus running down the side of the head by the dissy cap.
