New evaporator / doesnt cycle /need help 850 1994

greetings again,
thanks for response,r134 cans are 12 oz each,as for cycling i thought that the the system in this model volvo is a CCOT type , clutch cycling type which turns compressor on / off maybe once or twice every minute? the honda i own doesnt cycle and is working fine but perhaps its different type system, it doesnt clearly state in volvo manual, its written for technicians,
