Just got the car back to the tune of $421.58

It's a good thing the work was covered by the Volvo extended warranty. They did replace the coolant although not through a complete flush. The service writer said they replaced around a gallon of lost coolant when the heat exchanger was removed. I mentioned about the green coolant turning brownish overtime and he said Volvo coolants (new in container) come in either brown or green color. Is this true?
