HU-801 - HU-611 Differences S80

I bought a used Volvo S80 with a HU-611 radio, and wanted to upgrade to a HU-801. What do I need to have in order for my car to sound as if it came with the HU-801 originally. I assume that it is more than just the head unit. Am I right? Also, can you tell me whether or not the HU-801 comes with an in-dash changer (4 disc I think). Thanks for any help.
